About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing sales team. You will be responsible for sourcing and driving new sales opportunities, in addition to building foundational processes and strategies for the sales team.

What you’ll do
  • Work directly with Account Executives (Mid Market & Enterprise) to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Pulse’s key prospect & customer accounts
  • Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
  • Become a product expert and learn Pulse’s selling practices
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM
  • Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
What you should have
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Commitment to pursuing a career in sales
  • Consistent track record of overachieving
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
  • A great attitude and love for teamwork
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Bachelor’s degree required
